As a Strategy Generalist - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards.
