As a Strategy Generalist - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections,



manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
