Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mérida to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — not theoretical or bureaucratic, and not boring.
This is a fully remote, adaptable hourly contract. You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter and more reliable, with 10–40 hours per week and asynchronous
