At RGP, we’re looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong insurance and GMM expertise to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of a new Major Medical Expenses product.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can connect business strategy, insurance operations, technology, and customer experience to bring a complex product from definition to successful launch.This is a 6 month project and we need availability to attend in a hybrid model, going to the client´s office at least 3 days per week.

What you will work on

Lead the definition, design, prioritization, and implementation of the GMM product? Own and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and functional requirements? Enable the product across digital channels including quoting, issuance, self-service, claims, and renewals? Partner closely with Technology, Actuarial, Operations, Claims, Finance, Legal, CX, and Commercial teams? Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development, architecture,



and QA teams? Drive agile delivery and ensure successful implementation from both a technical and operational perspective

What you will bring

✅ 5+ years of product development or management experience within the insurance industry, specifically GMM / Major Medical Expenses✅ Strong experience leading digital transformation or technical implementation projects in insurance✅ Knowledge of insurance operations, customer journeys, and digital platforms✅ Experience working with Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools✅ Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect business and technology teams✅ Spanish required and intermediate English
