In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and procedures
that support a safe and compliant work environment.
* Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and job safety evaluations to
identify and mitigate workplace risks.
* Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and drive root cause
analysis and corrective actions.
* Perform safety inspections, audits, and facility assessments to ensure
compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
* Support contractor safety management programs and high-risk work activities,
including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry,
Hot Work, and Electrical Safety programs.
* Promote employee participation in hazard identification, near-miss reporting,
and behavior-based safety initiatives.
* Coordinate occupational health programs, including industrial hygiene
monitoring, ergonomic assessments, and workplace health initiatives.
* Develop and deliver EHS training programs, awareness campaigns, toolbox
talks,



and safety meetings for employees and contractors.
* Support emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response
planning, drills, training, and equipment readiness.
* Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics, identify trends, and
recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture and
support business objectives through effective EHS management systems.
