In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of
Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the organization.
* Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety programs that
support a safe and productive work environment.
* Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations using structured root
cause analysis methodologies and drive corrective and preventive actions.
* Facilitate risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and critical task
evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
* Monitor compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, regulatory,
and corporate requirements.
* Manage key safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Powered
Industrial Trucks (PIT), Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Contractor
Safety, Machine Guarding, and Permit-to-Work systems.
* Design and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees,
supervisors, and contractors.
* Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement




through coaching, communication, and leadership initiatives.
* Provide technical EHS guidance and support across all levels of the
organization.
* Lead, coach, and develop EHS team members while supporting professional
growth and organizational objectives.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive EHS performance, achieve
departmental goals, and support sustainable business success.
* Identify, communicate, and escalate significant risks, compliance concerns,
and resource needs when appropriate.
