- Advanced Processing of Invoices: Lead the processing of invoices using AS400 and QAD ERP systems, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
- Reviewing and Verifying: Ensure all invoices and check requests are accurate, properly authorized, and comply with company policies.
- Automation: Champion the use of AP automation tools to streamline invoice processing, reduce manual entry, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Accounts Management: For electronic payments – Oversee the timely processing of invoices for weekly payment runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Utilities and Rents Monitoring: Monitor and process payments for utilities and rents, ensuring no suspensions or disruptions in services for Canada and the USA.
- Compliance and Reporting – Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations,
staying updated with changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

Qualifications
- Education: Major in accounting or equivalent (Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a proven track record of handling complex AP processes.
