About the Opportunity

An innovative and fast-growing international deep-tech manufacturing company is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to lead the architecture, scalability, and optimization of its mission-critical IT infrastructure across Spain and integral operations.

This is a strategic, hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems while supporting the company's continued international growth. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams, driving infrastructure initiatives and defining best practices across complex, high‑availability environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain mission‑critical IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance.
- Design and implement enterprise security policies, identity management solutions, and access control frameworks.
- Lead infrastructure strategy, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting.




- Drive complex infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
- Establish technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, resilience, and security.
- Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve infrastructure reliability and operational excellence.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong experience designing and supporting high‑availability environments, clustering technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Windows and macOS environments
- Active Directory
- Enterprise networking
- Meraki
- Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
- Experience administerin
