As a DevOps SRE - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will focus on integrating development, operations, and security practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop,



and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will bridge the gap between development, operations, and security teams for seamless and secure application and software development within our Advisory practice.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure-native services.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms and deployment automation frameworks.
- Implementing security infrastructure and managing security incidents to enhance system reliability
