Experience And Education
- Professional Engineering Degree (Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar).
- 4 or more years of experience in a related position.

Knowledge, Skills, And Certifications
- Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both spoken and written.
- Core Tools
- Design software (CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD)
- SAP System
- Blueprint interpretation
- Project management

Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Determine the tools required to perform operations.
- Perform activities related to safety.
- Develop Business Cases to select the best tools without safety, quality, and/or productivity risks.
- Obtain and procure tools through the purchasing process, while ensuring timely delivery.
- Design tools, accessories, and fixtures according to requirements.
- Resolve quality issues together with the cross-functional team.
- Implement short-term and long-term improvements.
- Capital equipment acquisition.




- Provide daily support to assembly lines or assigned subassembly areas under their responsibility.
- Develop and mitigate risk analyses for processes under their responsibility.
- Develop machining, integration, and service suppliers.
- Establish requirements for the modification and/or development of new equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
- Implement and validate newly acquired or modified equipment.
- Develop cost-saving projects.
- Manage the addition and removal of spare parts in the tool crib.
- Release 2D drawings and specifications for new models and/or platforms.
- Participate in maintaining the PFMEA to anticipate poka-yoke equipment in assigned areas.
- Manage electrical drops, pneumatic connections, and network nodes for new equipment implementation.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Coordinator or Manager.
