What You Will Do
- Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.
- Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.
- Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.
- Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.
- Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
- Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
- Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.




- Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.
- Participate in and lead meetings, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish through professional written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficient in English.

Qualifications We Preferred
- Experience in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Experience implementing or managing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or similar maintenance excellence frameworks.
- Experience managing budgets, maintenance planning, or CAPEX projects related to equipment upgrades or facility improvements.
- Experience working in highly regulated or high-complexity manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Operations
