Sr. Processes Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Sr. Processes Engineer main responsibility is to keep adequate ergonomics of manufacturing process, productive systems and environments to features, limitations, and user needs, to optimize its efficiency, comfort, and security.
- Process adequacy shall include physical ergonomics, work postures, load handling, repetitive movements, musculoskeletal disorders, workspace layout.
- In the process analysis, engineer shall consider human factors to study mental workload, decision process, production skills, and stress at work.
- Engineer shall consider the organizational ergonomics taking into account the work stations design,
- development times, work team and quality management.
- Keep and/or create a satisfactory adaptation of work conditions for worker’s physical and mental characteristics to maintain worker’s adequate performance and quality, reduce physical injuries, and avoid errors.
- Working together with other branches of process, industrial or manufacture engineering,



engineer is responsible of analyzing conditions of workstations, detect, and control ergonomic risks.
- Optimize interrelation of operative persons with technology used. Responsible of supervising and/or approving assembly machinery design for this to adapt to man, with technical responsible; ergonomic engineer shall consider machines, organizations, devices, formations that allow reaching production objectives, guaranteeing persons’ physical, mental, and social welfare
- Select the most appropriate work methodology for the available personnel.
- Oversees the design of productive systems to prevent issues before they can occur.
- Solve problems that arise through process changes, introducing changes and improvements in the design with the goal of eliminate detected problems.Take decisions based and/or grounded in guides or laws that regulate ergonomics and occupational health as they are Mexican Official Standards, and Internationals and National Standa
