Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineering Manager located on Flex North.
Reporting to the Industrial Director, Process Engineering the Test Engineering Manager role is Responsible for managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications. Acts as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
What a typical day looks like:




- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of ICT structural and functional test solutions to ensure product quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) and project launches, ensuring test readiness, equipment qualification, process validation, and successful production ramp-up.
- Support the integration and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Control Systems to enhance test process performance, traceability, and operational effectiveness.
- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
