Qualifications
This role requires full ownership of the territory, including market development, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and closing of complex, long-cycle projects. The individual will work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Solutions Development, After Market, and Finance to deliver competitive and high-quality solutions.The position demands a proactive “hunter” mindset, with strong discipline in pipeline generation, customer follow-up, and CRM management. At the same time,
the role requires the ability to build long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities within existing accounts.The Account Manager Senior will also play a key role in shaping Dematic’s market positioning in the Bajío, identifying industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities that support long-term growth in Mexico.

- Business Development & Territory Ownership
- Own and develop the Bajío region commercial strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
