The North America PC&L; Controller on our team will serve as the financial steward of PC&L; operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting PC&L;‑related costs, ensuring financial accuracy and driving cost and cash improvement.



The PC&L; Controller partners with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to drive cost control, improve forecasting, and support strategic decision‑making.

Financial Oversight of Logistics Operations
- Track and analyze logistics costs including freight, warehousing, sequencing, customs, packaging, excess and obsolescence, and inventory levels.
- Analyze actuals versus budget and forecast, investigate variances, and prepare actionable explanations for senior management to take necessary actions.
- Support month‑end close activities related to logistics and inventory accounting.

Cost Optimization & Forecasting
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities across transportation, storage, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain logistics cost forecasts and support annual budgeting processes.
