Role Summary

The Master Planner plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end production planning to ensure a resilient, flexible, and fully synchronized supply chain network for the Mission Hills facility. This role optimizes resource utilization, balances capacity, and delivers high customer service levels while supporting strategic business growth.



As a secondary leader within the planning team, the Master Planner drives continuous improvement, leads digital transformation initiatives, and mentors team members to foster a high-performing planning organization.

Responsibilities
- Drive E2E Production Planning: Lead short- and long-term production planning strategies to balance supply and demand, optimize operational costs, and uphold supply chain resilience across the network
- Perform Strategic Capacity & Risk Analysis: Conduct monthly line capacity evaluations comparing demand against available resources to identify sub-contracting needs, mitigate supply disruptions, and prevent inventory risks (e.g., SLOBs or material shortages)
- Advance Digital Transformation & Master Data Excellence: Drive 100% System-Driven Planning by maintaining high-quality master data in SAP, optimizing Cycle Time Interval strategies, and spearheading digital/analytics automation project
