Product Support Engineer

Customer-facing technical role that supports the successful deployment of Teradyne Robotics solutions across LATAM. This position partners with sales teams, distributors, integrators, and customers to identify automation opportunities, validate technical solutions, support implementation, and deliver post-sales service for the Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolio.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related field OR equivalent experience in robotics or industrial automation.
- 3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, application engineering, technical support, or system integration.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting robotic or automation applications.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, robotic integrations, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to support technical cases, service diagnostics, and warranty-related technical assessments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across LATAM (approximately 60–80% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with collaborative robots or autonomous mobile robots.
- Experience supporting system integrators, distributor
