This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and leading regional sales and marketing efforts within the surgical devices space.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of business development across LATAM, working with leading manufacturers, OEMs, and private-label partners. This role suits a commercially driven leader who combines strong technical understanding with the ability to influence stakeholders and close complex deals across international markets - critical to have B2B/ OEM experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, develop, and secure new B2B customers across the region




- Expand existing accounts and increase share of wallet within key clients
- Drive lead generation through market insights, networking, and industry engagement
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy

Regional Representation
- Travel extensively across Latin America to meet clients and develop opportunities
- Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D;, and leadership teams
- Translate customer needs into commercially viable solutions
- Manage complex stakeholder environments and balance competing priorities effectively
