About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and consistent professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Directly contacting business owners.
Diligent and timely follow-up on leads.
Researching the background of incoming and prospective leads.
Operating as a consistently high-tier appointment setter to keep our calendars full.
Cold calling leads.

Key Requirements

+2 years of experience in sales or as an appointment setter.
+3 years of experience specifically in lead generation.
+2 years of experience in cold calling
Professional-level English communication skills, both verbal and written.




Strong active listening skills to truly understand the prospects' needs.

Desired Skills

Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead-scraping tools.
Soft Skill: High emotional intelligence and resilience when handling objections or rejections.
Soft Skill: Excellent time-management and self-motivation.

Working conditions

Work environment: 100% Remote position
Job Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 EST.
Base Compensation + commissions and bonuses for every signed client.
