Objective of the position
To supervise and improve the activities done by the assigned Operative Unit, in order to achieve production results based on TOS System, to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and ESG metrics fulfillment through a Scorecard,



coordinating the necessary activities inside and outside the operative unit to meet the goals set by the Company, in alignment with the envisioned future, purpose statement and ideal results of Saltillo TMP.
Indispensable Requirements
Experience in manufacturing or production leadership roles, Experience continuous improvement initiatives (2+Years)
