What will you do?

Support engineering projects through reporting, cost tracking, data validation, and project coordination activities.
Support project managers and engineering teams with status updates, action tracking, meeting follow-ups, and other project coordination activities.
Reconcile cost reports against invoices received, identifying discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and supporting the corresponding follow-up.
Maintain and follow up on project trackers in Smartsheet, ensuring milestones, actions, deliverables, and due dates are kept up to date.
Provide support with selected access-related tickets, helping track requests and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and other business functions to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information.
Maintain organized project documentation and identify opportunities to improve reporting, tracking, and data management processes.
Location: Distrito Polanco.
