What You'll Do
- Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with qualified inbound leads
- Build rapport quickly through empathetic, structured conversations
- Identify each client's immigration goals, concerns, and motivations




- Recommend appropriate legal services based on their situation
- Confidently discuss legal fees and payment options
- Handle objections with professionalism and integrity
- Follow up consistently until prospects make an informed decision
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to deliver an exceptional client experience
