Responsibilities:
Make annual plan for the development of the dealer network
Make construction standards of the dealer's showroom, responsible for the construction and acceptance
Analyze the breakeven point of dealer network
Research and improve the satisfaction of the Turkish market
Responsible for sales training and product training for the dealer network
Responsible for the design, production, delivery, and acceptance of materials in dealer's showroommaintained
Requirements:
~3-8 years working experience in automotive dealer network department from other OEM's management level
~ Fluent English in spoken and written
~ Bachelor degree or above
~ Strong analytical capability, proficient in MS office
~ Good communication and project/program management experience preferred
