FINANCE MANAGER (Automotriz - Querétaro)
A Tier 1 Automotive (Metal-mechanic) Company, located in El Marqués, Querétaro (Aerotech Industrial Park) is looking a Finance Manager (Full time / On-site)
We are a high-growth, greenfield automotive startup setting up a state-of-the-art metal-mechanic manufacturing facility in Querétaro. As the Finance Manager / Controller, you will be the strategic business partner to the Plant Manager. You will build the finance function from scratch, implement internal controls, establish standard costing systems, and manage local statutory compliance (MFRS / NIF/ Mexican Tax). 8+ years in manufacturing finance, with 5+ years as a Plant Controller or Finance Manager.
Proven background in Automotive operations (Tier 1, metal-mechanic, preferred).
Prior experience with greenfield setups,



plant launches, or building financial systems/ERP structures from scratch. (Deep knowledge of standard costing, Opex and Capex, manufacturing variance analysis (PPV, scrap, labor), and cash flow management. Financial strategic planning and financial forecasting.
Advanced English and native Spanish are mandatory, daily working with China and Germany.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
High visibility with general executive leadership
