Role: Sales Executive
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST
Rate: $1,800 - $3,000 USD monthly / $21,600 - $36,000 annually (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
As a key member of the Sales team,



the Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting daily sales operations and helping move leads through the sales process. Responsibilities include handling inbound customer communications, preparing and fulfilling quotes, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and conducting timely follow-up with prospects and customers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and confidence in speaking with customers by phone. Your responsibilities will include:
Phone & Email Communication
- Answer and return customer calls.
- Respond to sales-related emails.
- Ask basic qualifying questions about customer projects.
- Route more complex or high-value conversations to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone with customers.

Quote Fulfillment
- Review incoming quote requests.
- Use internal pricing tools and templates to prepare quotes.
- Send quote emails using approved language and pricing guidance.
