WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for the OnBase ECM system.
- Resolve issues related to document imaging, workflow, indexing, user access, and system performance.
- Work closely with end users and IT teams to diagnose problems and apply fixes or patches.
- Maintain system uptime and ensure smooth integration with connected business applications.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong knowledge of OnBase configuration, diskgroups, and Application Server administration.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
