About the Role
Carrier is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our engineering team focused on the development of embedded solutions for HVAC equipment controls and intelligent connected products. This role will play a key part in defining system requirements, supporting product development activities,
and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable embedded control solutions.
The idóneo candidate will bring experience in systems engineering, embedded products, and requirements management, while supporting both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Defining and documenting system and functional requirements for embedded products.
- Working closely with marketing teams and customers to develop system‑level requirements.
- Supporting product development activities as a Systems Engineer throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, validation, reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams.
