Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in tooling management,
preferably in iron casting and machining environments.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling design, and CNC programming.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process improvement methodologies.
- Technical expertise in tooling and machining operations.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement process optimization strategies.
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling operational challenges.
