Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Shared Services Payroll Analyst to support our general payroll operations, with primary responsibility for payroll activities across Latin America and Canada .

In this role, you will partner with external payroll providers, HR,



Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local regulations and company policies. Responsibilities

Payroll Operations
- Support end-to-end payroll processing across assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, validations, and approvals with external payroll providers.
- Review payroll outputs and gross-to-net calculations to ensure accuracy before final processing.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees, HR teams, Finance, and external vendors.
