We seek a detail-oriented, highly skilled, and motivated Data Analyst/Scientist to join our dynamic team. The idóneo candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights using tools like Power BI, R, Python. You will apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and data-driven solutions, contributing to strategic business outcomes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps is essential for managing work items, collaborating with development teams, and improving operations through data models and algorithms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define project goals, translating them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Analyze large, complex datasets using advanced data mining and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, selecting appropriate analytical techniques.




Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Partner with development teams using Azure DevOps to manage user stories, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of data-driven solutions.
Process, cleanse, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data solutions, reports and dashboards.
Present ad-hoc and regular analysis results clearly to stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations to support decision-making.
Enhance data collection procedures and extend datasets with third-party sources as needed to build robust analytic systems and predictive models.
Use data modeling and evaluation strategies to find patterns and predict future trends, enabling proactive business decisions.
