1. Role Overview

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is the key operational resource under the direct supervision of the Corporate Controller at EASO HUB. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect, structure, and deliver financial information from Mexico operations to the Finance team at Hub Group headquarters in the United States, ensuring that all data complies with US GAAP standards and meets the formats and deadlines required by the parent company.

This is not a bookkeeping role — it is a financial translation role. The candidate converts Mexican accounting (NIF / SAT)



into executive-ready US GAAP reports that Hub Group USA can consume directly. Strong written English and US GAAP proficiency are non-negotiable.

• Proven track record preparing financial reports for a US or international parent company .

• Working knowledge of US GAAP : at minimum, key differences from Mexican NIF in P&L; and balance sheet.
