The organization has already established key marketing foundations-including brand positioning, SEO, content initiatives, podcasts, and videos-and is now looking for an experienced marketing leader to transform these assets into a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to significantly influence the company’s commercial growth.

- Develop and execute the company's Go-To-Market strategy targeting U.S.-based clients.




- Transform existing marketing initiatives into a scalable demand generation engine.
- Design and implement multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for target industries.
- Define target audiences and Adecuado Customer Profiles (ICP) while continuously refining messaging.
- Create marketing strategies specifically designed for U.S. decision-makers and buyers.
- Manage the complete marketing funnel, from awareness through qualified pipeline generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Develop financial models related to marketing investment, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
