We are seeking a highly accomplished Operations Executive to lead large-scale automotive manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume sewing environment.
This role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

• 4 manufacturing locations
• Automotive cut & sew / trim operations
• Full operational accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost
• Strategic leadership of plant management teams
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement culture
• Executive interaction with regional and global leadership
T he adecuado candidate will bring:
• Extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (Mandatory)
• Strong multi-site leadership background
• Proven ability leading large manufacturing organizations
