Introduction:

Responsible for managing Toluna's market research projects, the Project Manager will represent Toluna to a diverse portfolio of clients across integral markets. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish within strict timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and high-quality results.



The Project Manager will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting clients' strategic insights needs and serving as a trusted partner throughout the research lifecycle. This role will support LATAM clients and projects, ensuring successful project execution, strong client relationships, and overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Sample Only, Full Service, Field & Tab, and assisted DIY projects from setup through completion.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for clients and provide regular project and fieldwork updates.
- Review project requirements, including target audience, quotas, incidence rate, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- Set up, launch, and monitor fieldwork, identifying risks and taking action to improve sample performance and delivery.
- Manage quotas, sample allocation, completed reconciliation, and fieldwork troubleshooting.
