Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for business decision‑making
- Design and implement feature engineering pipelines
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and drivers
- Build segmentation and cohort analyses
- Evaluate and refine model performance
- Translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Create dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment
- Ensure data quality and reproducibility

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Data Science / ML / Advanced Analytics
- Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- Experience in feature engineering and model development
- Exposure to large‑scale data (Spark, Databricks)
- Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
- Solid understanding of statistical and ML techniques
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure
- Exposure to MLOps and end‑to‑end ML pipelines
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
