Position reports to VP of Sales in Katy, Texas. Candidates must have passport to travel to Katy Texas for onboarding.

SUMMARY
The Sales candidate will possess strong experience in the Forklift / AWP market and be able to develop and manage a wholesale distribution channel and/or key accounts for the sale of Forklift / AWP machinery product lines.

Candidate will take ownership and accountability for all areas of assigned region, including dealer development,



dealer recruitment, inventory management, forecasting, program promotion and communication, dealer sales planning, dealer goal setting, dealer performance evaluations, national and direct rental account support, and most importantly, achieving the region market share objectives.

Must have experience communicating with dealer management, and national accounts to ensure business objectives are met while providing exceptional support.

Candidate can successfully prospect and recruit potential dealers to enhance the growth and success of the region. Must possess the critical business and market evaluation skills necessary to locate and assign the best dealer candidate for each market in the region, as well as assist in the development of the dealer's business.
