Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a Difference* Lead and manage reformulation projects across 8,000+ fragrance formulas globally.* Drive value creation initiatives related to regulatory compliance, sustainability, supply continuity, and cost optimization.* Coordinate and monitor reformulation activities to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.* Support crisis management efforts by developing proactive solutions to raw material supply disruptions.* Partner with Technical Perfumers to prioritize and execute reformulation projects effectively.* Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project status and business impact.* Optimize ingredient utilization and contribute to portfolio simplification initiatives.* Lead and mentor Reformulation Project Coordinators, ensuring appropriate prioritization and workload management.* Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, and system effectiveness.What Makes You the Right Fit* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemic
