We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand External Consultant. In this role, you will design and execute recruitment marketing initiatives and drive their operational delivery end-to-end, positioning our client as an employer of choice for diverse talent across the region.

You will work within the client's HR Communications and Employee Engagement team, alongside Talent Acquisition. This team is responsible for positioning the organization as an inclusive employer, implementing branding strategies, and promoting its culture to attract and retain quality talent.

What you'll do




- Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to promote our client's employer brand and attract diverse talent.
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials and campaigns — organic and paid — across digital channels.
- Create targeted content for the organization's social media platforms, including scheduling, copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Lead content initiatives such as employee testimonials and day-in-the-life features, from scripting to production of short-form video showcasing the organization's culture and values.
- Partner with hiring teams on tailored marketing solutions for high-priority or niche roles, and build partnerships that support outreach to underrepresented communities.
- Drive the operational execution of marketing and communications projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, tasks, and workflows in Monday.com.
- Write, proofread, and edit content in English and Spanish with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
