Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Are you passionate about building high-performance embedded systems and developing software that operates in real-time environments? We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize next-generation embedded platforms.
What You'll Do
Design and develop software for distributed embedded systems with multiple microcontrollers.
Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable firmware architectures and software components.
Develop low-level software solutions using both Bare Metal and RTOS (FreeRTOS/SafeRTOS) environments.
Implement real-time Ethernet communication solutions.
Design and develop communication protocols over UART, SPI, I2C, and IPC interfaces.
Perform low-level debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Profile and optimize CPU, memory, bus utilization, and power consumption.
Collaborate closely with hardware, system, integration, and V&V; teams.
Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts using Python.
Support hardware bring-up,



integration activities, and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) validation.
Ensure compliance with software quality and safety standards, including MISRA, ASPICE, and ISO 26262.
Create and maintain software requirements, architecture documentation, and traceability artifacts.
Interface with external vendors and support integration of third-party firmware components.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with C/C++.
1+ year of experience with Python.
1+ year of experience with FreeRTOS and/or SafeRTOS.
Strong experience developing software from device drivers through application-level functionality.
Experience with embedded communication protocols:
UART

I2C
