Job Description:

Person responsible for processing and following up on our customers’ requests and claims, providing support to resolve them and ensure their satisfaction.

The impact you will make in this role
- Responsible for managing and following up on purchase orders for assigned customers, from receipt through invoicing and timely delivery.
- Maintains constant communication with customers to understand their requirements and communicate them to the appropriate departments.
- Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met by coordinating with the different operational areas.
- Ensures accurate invoicing and helps prevent errors that could lead to the issuance of credit notes.




- Maintains ongoing communication with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to provide timely and effective responses to customers.
- Provide customer support and high-quality service to customers.
- Responsible for entering customer requirements into the order management system.
- Responsible for following up on material deliveries to customers.
- Responsible for entering customer claims and following up on them.
- Follow up internally with the involved areas on the materials requested by the customer.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- University degree concluded.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer management.
