About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to support Qureos' commercial growth across Mexico and the broader Latin American market. This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers. The idóneo candidate has experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, understands enterprise buying processes in Mexico, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Mexico and Latin America.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer hiring challenges and business objectives.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Consistently work toward achieving individual sales targets.

Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Keep pipeline data current and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Share customer feedback to help improve product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
