Technical Leadership and SMT Expertise
- Serve as the principal technical authority for SMT manufacturing processes and related assembly technologies.
- Provide advanced engineering leadership for complex manufacturing challenges involving quality, yield, reliability, throughput, and productivity.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, NPI Engineers, and Operations teams.
- Drive standardization and deployment of best practices across multiple production lines, programs, and manufacturing sites.




- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives involving Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

SMT Process Ownership and Optimization
- Own and continuously improve all SMT manufacturing processes including:
- Solder Paste Printing
- Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)
- Component Placement
- Reflow Soldering
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
- X-Ray Inspection
- Selective Soldering
- Electronic Assembly and Secondary Operations
- Establish process targets, control strategies, and validation methodologies to ensure robust and repeatable manufacturing performance.
- Develop advanced process characterization studies and optimize critical process parameters.
- Drive process capability improvements through the application of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
