Overview

The Implementation and Quality Manager leads the successful onboarding of new AIT clients from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition and full operational readiness.



This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including operations, brokerage, carriers, and warehouse functions—to align priorities and drive effective execution. The manager also conducts internal audits to evaluate compliance and performance against established standards, helping identify opportunities for improvement. By addressing gaps, implementing corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement, this role plays a key part in enhancing service quality and delivering a consistent, high-level client experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of operational processes, systems (TMS, WMS), and customer onboarding within freight forwarding operation
- Standardize and optimize air, ocean, and ground freight processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across branches
