About the role

We are looking for a field-based Vision Solutions Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico, to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of our vision systems — from pre-sales technical conversations to onsite deployments, troubleshooting, and long-term relationship building.

This role involves spending the majority of time onsite with customers, with a travel pattern that is mostly regional and allows for regular return home.

This is a highly customer-facing, hands‑on role that sits at the intersection of engineering, applications, and sales. You will spend significant time onsite at manufacturing facilities, working directly with operators, engineers,



and decision-makers to understand real-world problems and translate them into effective solutions.
