Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Main Point of Contact for the global setup and deployment of Listening processes, including OHS, Pulse, and other continuous listening initiatives. This role partners closely with General Talent Management COE, People Solutions,



Global Communications, Regional Talent Management teams, and key stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously improve global listening and Talent Management processes. In addition, this role acts as the Portfolio Owner for Talent Management Assessments, Engagement, and Continuous Listening programs across LATAM, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and governance of all active and upcoming cycles.

Your Impact

Global Listening Processes
- Main Point of contact for the global setup of Listening processes including OHS, Pulse, etc. partnering with Global Talent Management COE, People Solutions, Global Communications and regional Talent management team to design and set global processes, including:
- Ensure process and tool enhancements are documented and planned in the global project plan.
- Update/develop job aids, global training guides and enablement materials to support global process de
