Your Mission
Coordinate and optimize our end-to-end International Procurement process, ensuring the effective sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and selection of suppliers—primarily factories in China—according to the specific requirements of each project.
You will serve as a key link between Project Management, Logistics, Customs, Administration, and Management, helping ensure that every operation moves efficiently from product sourcing to international shipment.

Key Responsibilities




• Coordinate and develop the International Procurement team.
• Analyze project requirements and assess supplier and project feasibility.
• Conduct sourcing and evaluation of international factories and suppliers.
• Lead negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, product quality, and production lead times.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, primarily in China.
• Follow up on production, inspections, documentation, and shipments.
• Participate in container loading planning and cargo consolidation strategies.
• Identify cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to suppliers, production, shipments, or commercial documentation.
• Implement procurement controls, reports, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Logistics, Customs, Administration, and Management teams.
