What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and develop automation systems for industrial processes
- Analyze manufacturing data (production, quality, maintenance, logistics) to generate insights and improvements
- Support MES implementation and digital manufacturing initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and EHS teams to improve efficiency




- Develop technical documentation, drawings, and user manuals
- Select and integrate automation components (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems)
- Research and implement new automation technologiesMonitor and improve system performance, cost, and productivity
- Present project progress and results to leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with design software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in automation, manufacturing, or industrial processes
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, plastic injection, or welding
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and/or MES platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
