Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation of technology-related projects. This role is adecuado for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands‑on experience in IT project coordination, digital initiatives, systems implementation, process improvement,



and cross‑functional collaboration.
The intern will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and project leads to help ensure projects are well‑documented, timelines are monitored, and deliverables are tracked effectively. An interest in exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve project planning, reporting, risk identification, task automation, and decision‑making is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating IT and digital projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, software deployments, and process automation initiatives.
- Support project managers and IT leads in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting documentation.
- Track project tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
