Reports to: Director, Infrastructure & Endpoint Services

We are looking for a seasoned, hands‑on technical leader to join our team as Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering. This high‑impact role is responsible for driving strategy, prioritization, and execution across systems, cloud, and network engineering. You will lead a team of five engineers and partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Support to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

The right person for this role is comfortable setting technical direction while staying close to the work; partnering directly with the team to deliver results. You thrive in environments where strong people, processes, and infrastructure matter equally.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development and career growth of a team of five engineers spanning systems, cloud, and network disciplines.
- Build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, creating an environment where engineers can do their best work.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to provide coaching, feedback,



and guidance; establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Manage team capacity to ensure the team is positioned for long‑term success.
- Partner with the Director of Infrastructure & Endpoint Services to align team goals with broader organizational strategy.

Technical Strategy & Execution
- Assess, prioritize, and drive delivery of infrastructure initiatives across systems engineering, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical thought leader, contributing to architectural decisions, reviewing solutions, and participating directly in hands‑on work when needed.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to ensure infrastructure design, operations, and access management meet security and compliance requirements.
