To lead and manage a Customs Brokerage operation for a dedicated team within a MX region so that the operation for this customer has strong technical expertise, flawless operational execution, strong infrastructure, strong and knowledgeable personnel, strong customs compliance, efficiency, profitability, and continual growth.
